About the Product

What are BagaKraft grills made of? BagaKraft grills are made from laser-cut 3mm mild steel, precision fabricated here in the Philippines. The mild steel top grill has no paint coating.

Is it ready to use right out of the box? The mild steel top grill is not pre-seasoned upon arrival, so it needs to be seasoned before first use (lightly coat with cooking oil and heat for a few minutes before your first cook). If you'd rather skip seasoning, the stainless steel top grill option is ready to use immediately.

What fuel does it use? It runs on charcoal or wood.

Is it really portable? How do I carry it? Yes — every BagaKraft product uses a collapsible flat-pack design. When folded, it fits easily into a bag or the trunk of your car, making it perfect for camping trips, beach outings, or family gatherings.

What's the difference between the Stainless and Mild Steel top grill?

  • Stainless 304 (1.5mm): more rust-resistant, easier to clean, longer-lasting — recommended for frequent use or for business purposes.
  • Mild Steel (3mm, unseasoned): more affordable, but requires seasoning before first use and is more prone to rust without proper care.

Can I use it for cooking other than grilling? Yes, it's compatible with pots and pans, so it can also be used as a stove.

How many people can it serve? How big is the cooking surface? The cooking surface measures 58.4 cm (W) × 32.8 cm (L) — enough space to grill for 4-6 people per round, depending on what you're cooking (pork belly, fish, etc.).

Orders & Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available in eligible areas. Available payment options will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

What other payment methods do you accept? Besides COD, we also accept GCash, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.

Can I place a bulk order for my business? Absolutely! Many of our customers use BagaKraft for their BBQ businesses. Message us on Facebook or email us for bulk pricing.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver? We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines.

How long does delivery take? 1-2 days for Luzon, and 3-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao.

How much is the shipping fee? Free shipping nationwide on all grills.

How do I track my order? We'll provide a tracking number for your order. If you provided an email at checkout, we'll send the tracking number there.

Warranty & Returns

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty against rust-through damage. Given the 3mm thickness, this is extremely rare to occur with proper care. Please note: surface rust can still develop if the grill isn't properly maintained (see the care section below) — this is not covered under warranty. The warranty applies specifically to cases where rust has fully corroded through the metal. If this happens within 1 year of purchase, simply message us on our Facebook page with photos of the issue and we'll process your warranty claim.

What should I do if my grill arrives damaged? Just message us on our Facebook page with photos of the damage, and we'll process your concern right away.

Can I return or get a refund for my order? If there's an issue with your order (damaged item, wrong item received, etc.), just message us on our Facebook page with photos of the problem. We'll review your claim and take action (replacement or refund depending on the case).

Grill Care

How do I clean the grill after use? Let the grill cool down first, then wipe it down with a damp cloth or brush. For the stainless top grill, it's easy to wash with soap and water.

How do I prevent rust? Make sure the grill is completely dry before storing, and apply a thin layer of cooking oil on the surface before storage, especially for the mild steel top grill.
